Add-on training was founded in 2012 by Swapnil Agarwal. Ever since is early teenage years, Swapnil had an urge to work, while growing up, he helped in his family business and this is where the seed of starting his own venture was planted in Swapnil’s head.
Swapnil completed his graduation in Computer Science from Symbiosis, Pune. Since Swapnil always had a passion for computers, he started giving training on MS Office while he was completing his graduation.
He worked as a Research Analyst after graduating which helped him in acquiring expertise such as client interaction and negotiation skills. After that he went to James Cook University in Australia to pursue his post graduation MBA (Master of Business Administration.) The next challenge Swapnil turned his eyes to, was to become a Business Analyst. He successfully completed his certification course from British Computer (BCS) and decided to dedicate his life to the profession of Business Analysis.
Having acquired the necessary skills to be a Business Analyst and with the passion to train as well consult, Swapnil decided to start his own training institute – Add-On. Swapnil believes training is an art and it should help reach an individual to gain maximum knowledge and impart in their day to day life to achieve the value proposition of the project / company. Currently, Swapnil is the Managing Director at Add-On training which is the first Indian organization to have accredited license with BCS.
